Delivery

Delivery is made either via our appointed secure courier, in which case a signature will be required or via Royal Mail. Delivery of stock items will normally be made within 1 to 2 working days from placing an order, cut-off point for courier next day delivery and Royal Mail post is 3.15pm. However, if your order is for an out-of-stock item, we will advise on expected delivery date and ask for confirmation. We shall not be liable to you for any failure or delay in performance of our contract if it is due to an event beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, war, industrial dispute, fire, flood, tempest or national emergencies. If so delayed we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for performing such obligations. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are only approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, damages, charges, costs or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

Royal Mail Parcels

Delivery charges to mainland UK addresses on orders for hot water bottle products placed before 3.15pm:
Royal Mail standard postage £1.99 per order (urgent orders please book next weekday courier service), stock items are dispatched same day. For bulk orders posted to standard UK address the postal charge remains the same.
Bulk orders to Channel Islands/I.O.M please call for latest rates.

Courier Delivery

Delivery charges to mainland UK addresses on orders for hot water bottle products placed before 3.15pm:
*Next weekday UK courier service £5.75, (no weekend deliveries).
*Scottish Highland courier service £15.00 (no weekend deliveries), post codes: G83, G84, IV2, IV3, 1V5 to IV28, IV40, IV42 to IV54, IV63, KW1 to KW14, PA5 to PA9, PA21 to PA38, PH17 to PH50.
*Islands (Hebrides/Shetland and Orkney Isles) courier service £22.50 (no weekend deliveries), post codes are: HS1 to HS9, IV41 to IV51, IV55, IV56, KA27, KA28, KW15 to KW17, PH41 to PH44, ZE1 to ZE9.
*Northern/Southern Island courier service £15.00, all BT post codes and republic of Ireland (no weekend deliveries).
*Channel Isles & Isle of Man £24.85 (no weekend deliveries), all post code with IM, GY and JE.
Because of the distance involved you may experience a short delay in delivery.
Our secure couriers are not authorised to leave goods unsigned, should the courier arrive and fail to obtain a signature they will leave a card with instructions to re book. Once a card has been left the courier company hold goods for 7 days before returning to sender. The courier company will have completed the obligation to deliver. Goods damaged on delivery should be either signed "damaged" with the courier or notified to Urban Industry Ltd within 3 days of delivery. Late claims for damages are rejected by our courier service, under their damages policy the customer must provide proof of damage as soon as possible. Orders placed after 3.15pm Thursday will be delivered on Monday.

Hot Water Bottles to EU countries:

Hot water bottle products to EC can be ordered online, please select from the drop down menu when booking.
*Royal Mail Postal service £5.75 (no weekend deliveries). The £5.75 rate is for mainland EU (excludes remote/islands) and excludes bulk orders - for remote areas or bulk orders please e-mail for a quote. Due to the distance involved we cannot offer next day service for EU countries - please make sure to add your full address when placing an order.
Bulk items for outside the UK can only be ordered by calling 01793 613900 to book.

Hot Water Bottles to USA and non EU countries:

We accept orders for USA and non EU countries by phone or e-mail only. Orders for hot water bottle products shipped to USA or non EU countries cannot be accepted via the web, please e-mail info[at]lovehotwaterbottles.com for the latest shipping quote. Please include which hot water bottle products you wish to buy and your full contact details, we aim to reply within 24 hours (weekdays).

Collect From The Hot Water Bottle Warehouse:

If you wish to collect from the hot water bottles warehouse please call on 01793 613900 to book a collection time and we shall prepare your order in advance. Regrettably we cannot accept callers without prior notice, the warehouse is geared for bulk storage without any retail display or customer facilities.

Gift Purchases:

Please choose from the gift pages for items that are to be gift wrapped. The gift pack page of Love Hot Water Bottles will show the seasonal gift lines and supply a gift box for bulk items and gift wrappers for smaller parcels. Standard items not shown on the gift page are not available for gift wrapping. Please note if payment is by Credit/Debit Card, delivery is only authorised to the card holder’s address. If delivery is required to another address payment can be accepted by cheque made payable to Urban Industry Limited, BACS transfer or call Love Hot Water Bottles on 01793 613900.
