Answer: To order for delivery to America just add the hot water bottle to your basket and select America from the drop down menu for delivery, add your full address. We take most cards but Amex is one of those cards that are difficult to process and we stopped accepting them but you can use PayPal if this helps.

My neighbour put me onto these bottles, he used to get his from the local pharmacy but since they closed down his prescriptions are now online and gets them delivered. He gets his bottles from here and been good service, very pleased with mine and will be back for some more next year.
