I replaced my traditional rubber hot water bottles with these, been greatly improved, really strong bottle. Looking forward to many more years of use.
Always used to buy the cheapest hot water bottle but not any more after several uses the seam split, the shop said it was my fault but did refund me. I expect more from a bottle and this one is rock solid. Used since last October and still looks like new, heavy duty feel, the top is very wide, nothing like the ones I've had before. I can see it is a better bottle and made in Germany so that says a lot, worth the extra few bob. Never going back now!

Got very hot the first time I used it even though the kettle had cooled. Added some cold water and all fine. Tried again and this time added some cold water from the filter jug and then hot water to get not too hot. The instructions are long, why they have to put so much to it is strange, you only need to get it hot enough, it's a hot water bottle at the end of the day.
bottle holds a decent amount of hot water and seems well enough made to go the distant, time will tell but so far I've had used it since january and still like new
