With over 30 years within the pharmacy market on quality branded products we saw the limited choice for a hot water bottle in retail shops, many would only stock the odd one or two during peak winter months with nothing during the warmer months. For those looking for therapeutic heat treatment all year round the choice was poor, in many areas non-existence. Having first-hand experience hunting for the right hot water bottle in the right colour and size in the middle of summer it was clear shops do not have space to stock a full range. Customers choice was very restricted so we vowed to put that right and back in 2003 launched with a range of quality branded hot water bottles which over the years have kept growing and growing. First to our loyal fans in the UK but now our hot water bottles travel the globe from Canada to Trinidad and Tobago!
