For those looking for therapeutic heat treatment all year round the choice was at best poor or in many areas non-existence. Having first-hand experience at hunting for the right hot water bottle in the right colour and size in the middle of summer it was clear shops just did not have the space to stock the range and offer a complete service. The choice for customers was limited to a one or two bottles so we vowed to put that right and in 2003 launched with a good quality selection which over the years has just kept growing and growing.
