The following terms and conditions will apply to all purchases made via Love Hot Water Bottles.Com web site. Please read them carefully, you may wish to print a copy for future reference. All prices quoted are for new products; prices are in pounds sterling and include all taxes at current rates. Delivery on Hot Water Bottles will be charged separately to any mainland UK address. In the unlikely event of a change in price after placing an order you will be contacted by one of our sales team and informed of the new price before the order is processed. You will then be able to either carry on with the purchase or cancel the order.
Payments are accepted on most major credit or debit cards via WorldPay's secure server. All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch. Most card providers are adding online security and you may be asked for additional security such as Visa Verified. We can accept no responsibility if any details you provide us with are incorrect or if any order is held up as a result of incorrect details.
All hot water bottles and goods are supplied with a full invoice giving a description of the goods purchased and the price paid including any applicable VAT.
To activate a coupon code please sign in, for new customers please create an account. Just logon to 'New Customer' and follow instructions. Coupon code will not activate using express check or when the expiry date has passed.
Web discount rates:
Orders placed online are at the discounted web rate, phoned orders do not qualify for the web discount rate. Please refer to the higher displayed price on orders placed via telephone.
Availability of Goods:
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime. If for any reason the goods ordered are not available you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. If the item is temporarily out of stock we shall advise and dispatch when available at no extra shipping cost. We shall not be liable to you for any failure or delay in performance of our contract if it is due to an event beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, war, industrial dispute, fire, flood, tempest or national emergencies. If so delayed we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for performing such obligations. Any delivery dates specified are only approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, damages, charges, costs or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. Acceptance of the order is once the order has been processed, an invoice raised and goods dispatched.
Goods supplied must be maintained in accordance with instructions supplied and carry a 2 year fair wear and tear guarantee against manufacturing defects, warranty excludes consumable items. All goods sold comply with all applicable legislation and customers are reminded that these terms and conditions do not affect statutory rights.
Should the order not be required the 30 day money back guarantee will refund the full purchase price. To qualify product must be in original packaging, unused and returned to warehouse in good condition within 30 days of invoice.
Free UK Returns:
We hope you will love your purchase, however if it's not right for you and would like to exchange please email for a FREEPOST label and authorisation code. Please include a copy of your order and return the goods within 30 days from receipt of order (excludes personalised hot water bottles and hot water bottle stoppers). Personalised covers and hot water bottles: Personalised items are not included in the returns policy. Once personalised images/logo's covers and bottles have been booked into production with printers/factory the order cannot be reversed. Image quality is determined by the size of image file, small image files will produce a grainer finish, for best results images must be 1000 x 800 pixels or over in portrait style. Low resolution images will produce a low resolution product.
Customer Cancellation rights:
Love Hot Water Bottles.com will refund the full cost of goods on unwanted products excluding personalised products within the 14 day cooling off period. All monies due will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. In accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel the order within fourteen days, (cooling off period). If you wish to cancel you must notify us in writing or e-mail of your intention to do so at which time the purchase price and the standard postage costs (excludes optional upgraded delivery) will be refunded within 30 days. You will however be responsible for the costs of delivery back to us, whether this is arrangements you make with a suitable carrier, or whether you ask us to collect. You should enquire of us what the cost will be should you require us to collect the goods, you have an obligation to keep any goods in good condition until such time as they are returned to us. If you use a carrier of your own choice you are advised to take out suitable insurance, since we are not liable for damage to the goods during transportation back to us. Following the fourteen day cooling off period goods not required, unused and returned in good condition will be refunded less standard carriage costs. Enhanced or upgraded e.g. courier cost are non refundable, only standard carriage will be refunded. Goods must be returned in good condition, unused and in original packaging.

All items featured on the web site are for new stock, unless otherwise stated. The description and features outlined are as provided by love hot water bottles.com. While every care is taken to faithfully reproduce all such descriptions, errors may occur. If you are in any doubt about the item you wish to purchase we recommend you contact one of our sales advisors to discuss the product in more detail. In the event of a product that is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If we have already charged you for the order we will subsequently cancel your order and immediately issue a refund to your account.
