Question: Do these bottles have any smell?
Answer: This hot water bottle is totally odourless but will have a temporary slight lemon smell which is from the factory, once out of the packaging and used a couple of time it does become odourless. The factory finish, cardboard packaging and storage stirs up that new factory goods smell which briefly collects within the packaging. Stocks arrive and move quickly so any factory smell is very short lived and not unpleasant, if required the bottle can be rinsed, washed and dried to get totally odourless hot water bottle from day one. It is also latex allergy free.

Answer: Shipping to Canada is GBP6.74 up to 6 bottles, normally arrives 5 to 10 days. Paying by card will convert to local currency and generally the rate is good. We regularly ship to Canada with parcels arriving on time or a bit early. The postal service is very good, hot water bottles transport well as there is no much that get damaged and the size is for one or two bottle is a small parcel. For larger quantities of hot water bottles we have split parcels as the limit is 1 kilo, customs are very strict on the limit. Large orders are divided equally into smaller packages so each one is roughly the same weight.
