Question: how does the hook come off the bottle?
Answer: The hook is there for shops to display the hot water bottle on a shelf for self selection. Pull the hook and twist, it will simply pop out easily from the top and can then be placed into the plastic recycling. The hole is very useful for hanging the bottle up when not in use, remember to always remove the stopper when storing and keep it in a safe place.
Stopper broke after just 6 months of use, disappointing as my last Fashy bottle lasted for years.

One of the best hotwater bottles around due to the wide neck and big plug it comes with, makes it easy for me to pour hot water in and not splash myself. Like the colour and liked the quick delivery.
Not keen on the feel of this bottle, bit plasticky and not as supple as my old rubber bottle that unfortunately leaked from the plug, wished I had just bought a new plug for it and saved myself the money.
It does not smell rubber and is very easy to use.
