Came as expected and whilst it is a very good hot water bottle I am opposed to the type of cloth used for the cover, very nylon looking. It is a gift and will be well used by my grandson who has everything except a hot water bottle - until now.
I do not normally send in a review but my daughter was so thrilled with her dolphin hot water bottle i had to say well done on an excellent service and the good quality found here, we are all very pleased with the whole experience.
