Question: Are you getting these Peru hot water bottles back in stock please?
Answer: This Peru hot water bottle is due back this month. These are from Fashy in Germany and although we have deliveries arriving from Germany all the time occasionally Fashy run out of the Peru and we have to wait until a new batch has passed production before shipping to UK. The buy button is removed on out of stock items but we can place orders on hold pending new stocks, please just email and we will happily put to one side.
Question: What temperature of water can be used in this bottle?
Answer: Always use hot water but never boiling water to fill a hot water bottle. Best to add cold water first then fill from the kettle or allow the kettle to cool and fill direct. Avoid using hot tap water as this water from the tap contains impurities that can degrade the product over time and shorten the life. Remember to leave a gap, expel any excess air before adding the stopper but never over tighten, just finger tight will do.
Question: I'm after one of the Peru Fashy hot water bottles however I see you are currently out of stock do you know when you will be getting more stock? I would like to get one for my Mum's Birthday but it's quite soon! Kind regards Sharon
Answer: Sorry for the delay restocking these. Fashy sold out in January with new production due end of this month, unlikely to see any stock within the next 3 weeks. This is due with another 4 lines on back orders, we are not sure on the exact date Fashy will ship sometimes, it can be put back.
Question: I like the knitted cover of the Peru hot water, but am wondering what fabric it is made from. Is it wool, acrylic, bamboo or a mixture these or other materials and if so what is the percentage of each? Can I suggest that you include this information
Answer: These are a mixture of 92% polyester and 8% elastine. We updated specification last year to add EAN codes/improves pictures and have another update scheduled later this year. This is on the list to expand specifications even further.
Bought this for my mother as a treat, she never used one like this before and so pleased with it, good buy, looking for another for myself right now.
Stylish looking hot-water bottle at a very good price. Read a lot of reviews saying it was one of the best to use next to skin as it is rubber free. For me personally i would have to agree as i am very sensitive to any odours of any kind. Very pleased and nice to use.
I bought a couple of these hot water bottles to use in my conservatory. I didn't want to buy an ugly and expensive heater or pay more heating costs as we only use it in the afternoons, most days we get enough sun but for the odd cloudy day these are great. I stumbled across this after my daughter suggested it, she has shopped here for years and never had anything go wrong. I can see me using it loads as winter arrives.
Got one given as a gift many years ago, sticking to the same hot water bottle all the time, never let me down apart from a broken stopper but that was sorted without any fuss. So easy and quick, thanks again.
Excellent
