My mother bought one last year but somehow lost it when we moved house. I bought a couple, one for her and the another for myself, they look bigger than I remember, could be other one was smaller in size. Used it for the first time last night, filling the bottle needs some careful planning, our sink is not deep enough. Personally this is something I'd use now and then, it's lovely to snuggle up to on the sofa, in bed I could not get comfortable. My old hot water bottle is better once I get it to my feet, it's bliss. Overall I'd say if you like using a hot water bottle stay with a normal one but for if you have plenty of money this is worth it for the days it would come in handy.
