Question: Is the tartan colour the same as the picture. I ordered one from Amazon and when it arrived it was a different tartan to the one shown, just checking this is accurate. Thank you in advance.
Answer: The picture is a true image of the actual heat wrap, the same tartan check in Royal Stuart red. Check the screen resolution on your screen is set to normal as this may make your colours vary if not on standard. Otherwise it is very accurate, we take a picture of the product and never substitute with other tartans.

I use heat on my neck for an old sports injury, new to this one my last one is no longer made so tried this. It is about the same size but feels a lot softer and heavier. I like the colour and the fact is does not have a strong smell, my last one had lavender inside. overall i would give this 9 out of 10.
