Bought for my mother, she loves it.
Had the bottle about two weeks now and so far so good, quality is flawless, as is the simple easy way to fill up the bottle. My shopping habit has always been to support my local shops but none stock a decent hot water bottle. Love the choice, easy and quick delivery and I suppose this is the way things are going. Shops can get my support when there is better products in stock but until then I'll stick here. I'd recommend if your looking for something different to the mundane shop stocks.
